Order Tracking
- Domestic orders: You’ll receive a confirmation SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- International orders: Tracking number is provided within 2–4 days after the courier issues it.
International Orders
For international shipments:
- Add desired products to cart
- Send us the cart screenshot on WhatsApp
- Share your full name, phone, email, and complete shipping address
- We’ll send you final pricing with shipping estimates
- Complete full prepayment to confirm your order
- We’ll pack and dispatch via our partner courier
- Tracking number shared via WhatsApp once available
Important: Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund
